Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client information, and pricing details.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lumax Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services provided.

10. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lumax Studio, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of our services, including any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Tucson, Arizona.

12. Changes to Terms
